And what about of a short excursion for a couple of hours diving into the sea? Beautiful coves reachable only by sea are just a short ride away.
We also offer whole day excursions as well as rental for several days so that you can visit more destinations.
The most important excursions starting from Marina di Campo include:
West side: beaches of Galenzana and Palombaia, the “Grotta Azzurra”, and then beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia, Le Tombe and the the Pomonte wreck.
Sailing along the Costa del Sole we'll see beautiful golden beaches and granite cliffs until reaching the "Piscine", typical natural pools by the shore, formed out of the granite rocks.
Going further, the scenery changes and you'll come across darker coloured pebble beaches, such as Le Tombe and Pomonte. The latter is an ideal destination for snorkelers with the opportunity to see the sunken merchant shipwreck of the Elviscot, If you wish we can continue along the coastline of Elba past the tiny inlets up to Marciana Marina, the gulf of Procchio, la Biodola, l’Enfola and Sansone beach as far as Portoferraio with its numerous, white sands beaches.
East side: with a little more sailing we'll cross the gulf of Lacona with the tip of the Contessa and Laconella until you pass Capo Stella and enter the gulf of Capoliveri. There we'll encounter many beaches and coves including Acquarilli, Lido di Capoliveri, Barabarca, Morcone, Innamorata and the beautiful Gemini Islands. Final destination will be the discovery of the mines of Punta Calamita, or, if you prefer, we can sail along the coastline of Elba as far as Porto Azzurro and stop for a swim at one of the many breathtaking inlets along the way, for example Capo d’Arco, Ortano, Rio Marina or the bay of Cavo.

Taxi Boat Elba has its logistics base in Campo nell'Elba and sails throughout the Elba coast. The crewmembers are all resident on the Island of Elba and have many years' experience.
To make the trip as pleasant and relaxing as possible, paying special attention to children, the crew consists of the captain and owner of the boat and a crewmember.
The boat is a “Sagemar Sagene 28 Fly” "B" category hull, 9 metre cabin cruiser with two 220 CV AIFO IVECO TURBO DIESEL engines
Designed to be used as a patrol boat or for offshore fishing, it is very reliable and has all the safety features and authorisation from the competent authorities.
There are various facilities: well-stocked minibar (no alcohol), a bow cabin with double berth, ideal for baby naps, and also bathroom with toilet.
Sailing under cover with veranda, bow sundeck with gangway for diving.
Navigation speed about 7/9 knots (about 15/20 km/h).
